Naperville, IL Illinois businessman Joseph Roth has bought at auction every last thing that George W. Bush has ever drawn. He has also insisted that Mr. Bush give him first crack at anything else he paints or draws.
Mr. Roth might be remembered as the Illinois businessman who once bought up all of serial killer John Wayne Gacy's pictures of clowns. When asked what he planned to do with them, he said, "Burn them!!"
Roth later commented that he would burn the Gacy paintings in order to "get them off the face of the Earth."
Mr. Roth has not yet disclosed his reasons for buying all of Mr. Bush's paintings.
