DQ has spent millions of dollars developing, testing, and marketing its new Beer Blizzard.

EDINA, Minnesota - Dairy Queen was founded in 1940, and in all that time it has seen its share of improvements that helped to boost its customer numbers.

DQ has 6,000 restaurants throughout the world with many more in the planning stages. A corporate spokesperson stated that plans are in the works to open up the biggest Dairy Queen ever and it will be located in Iceland of all places.

Word from DQ's corporate headquarters is that the company will unveil its highly anticipated adult creation The Beer Blizzard in a commercial on February 2, 2014, during Super Bowl XLVIII (48).

The company has stated that they had received millions of emails from men and women asking that DQ add The Beer Blizzard to its Gallery of Blizzards.

The Beer Blizzard will only be sold to adults and advertising and marketing experts have commented that it should be one of the greatest product introductions in the company's 73 year history.

SIDENOTE: The Beer Blizzard was test marketed in Chattanooga, Tennessee and lines at the drive thru window stretched for 9 blocks.
