WASHINGTON- The US Postal Service announced today that it has apparently lost one of its largest, most dear customers and will layoff 200 employees in the next few weeks.
Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe released a statement indicating that famous film producer, actor, and part-time transvestite Tyler Perry was "going green" and cancelling delivery of printed versions of all of his plus size women's wear catalogs. According to Postal Service estimates, Mr. Perry had been receiving 200 pounds of mail a day at each of his four homes.
Reached for comment on the set of his latest movie, Mr. Perry asked everyone to "please go see 'Tyler Perry's A Madea Christmas' which Tyler Perry wrote, produced, directed, and stars in. Tyler Perry would appreciate it."
Postal workers are reportedly bracing for further cuts, as Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence are also considering discontinuing their printed lady's wear catalogs.
