In Ireland's fair isle a major experiment in biology produced an extraordinary specimen, a cross between a rabbit and a canary. They called it a Rary.
However the Church in Ireland took a dim view of scientists meddling with nature and decided the only thing to do was to eliminate the Rary.
The Church elders took the Rary up the highest mountain in the whole country and were about to throw the Rary to his death, when he cried plaintively.
It's a long way to Tip a Rary!
From that time the Rary became part of a famous Irish melody.
