Delaware Outlaws Lip Syncing

The state of Delaware has just passed a law that makes it illegal for anyone to lip sync in a bar, night club or lounge.

Violators of this new law will be fined $1,000 and have their lips botoxed to three times the size of Steven Tyler's lips.
