Last night a lady on the Weather Channel reported from out in a storm of snow and wind and stated that she was experiencing blizzard-like conditions. Isn't high wind and snow a blizzard?
For instance, last summer she reported that it was tornado-like conditions. Sure enough, you could see the tornado behind her.
I wonder when she will have 'almost perfect day' like conditions?
