That's a headline that I read recently on the web.
The first thing that I thought was "Compare that to a blow job. That could go either way. You're either gonna feel better or worse about yourself, depending on who is doing it and the circumstances surrounding it."
Then I thought, "If one was getting 69'd by someone with a freakishly elongated nose (Pinocchio-esque if you will) that might be considered a nose job."
