The American stand-up comic, actress, singer and TV personality is having her annual women's works check up at a smart Manhattan gynecology clinic.
After giving her a thorough once-over plus routine smear test the doctor looks pleased and compliments Ms O on a remarkably well-maintained, rubbish free 'inner sanctum'.
"Gee thanks, Doc," Rosie replies, "I always have a woman in a couple of times a week."
