Arizona Governor Jan "The Man" Brewer says that she was misunderstood when she said that she would no longer allow Arizona citizens to have quinceañeras (which are parties given when a girl turns 15).
The governor of Arizona said that what she really said was that Arizona citizens can have quinceañeras as long as they have them in California or New Mexico.
