Charles Barkley, who is noted for telling it like it is, was recently asked if he preferred GOP black candidate Herman Cain over President Barack Obama.
Barkley replied that he did not because even though Obama is only half black and Cain is all black that Obama's half black part is still a whole lot blacker than Cain's all black part.
