I don't think men should misuse those hand blower things in bathrooms. I mean, here comes some guy in with his little boy and the little guy is asking, "What's that old guy doing with the hand blower, Dad?"
I say use the hand blower for what it was intended for. To dry your wet pants when your aim is bad at the urinal.
