Last week I performed 'Mull of Kyntyre' for Her Majesty the Queen at Windsor Castle and was lucky enough to meet her afterwards.

She asked had I come far (yes - I took the National Express from Scotland) and did I write the song myself (No - it was a Paul McCartney song) She has heard of Paul McCartney but not the National Express.

Perhaps I should have sung my own song?
