Dear Diary -

Britney Spears and Demi Lovato are constantly fighting like dogs and cats on the X-Factor set.

I cannot believe those two and it is all about their inflated egos.

Britney is jealous of Demi's youth and Demi is jealous of Britney's experience.

And I get absolutely no help whatsoever from L.A. Reid who just sits there acting like he's Denzel Washington.

I am realizing now that perhaps I should have made Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler an offer after I learned they were leaving American Idol.

I swear listening to Britney and Demi carry on makes me wish that I had Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger back...well maybe not quite.
