Some good memories from August for me:

15 August 1769: My birthday

10 August: 1792: I witnessed the storming of the Tuileries

8 August 1794: I was arrested, but released after a period of imprisonment, during which I rightly feared for his life.

5 August 1796: Battle of Castiglione, I defeated Austria's General Wurmster's army.

1 August 1798: Battle of the Nile, but I do not want to talk about that!
