OK Diary--things went a little better today. For one thing, my new friend Roger Ailes basically blew off Sarah Palin for me. She's yesterday's news now. My people are still watching her though. Gotta make sure she doesn't 'go rogue' again.

What a joke she is.

Ann went over pretty well last night. Condo Rice gave a pretty good speech, though I don't get a lot of what she's saying. It was like when I read 'Moby Dick' the first time--just ignored all the muttering about the bible that Ahab did. It's like latin to me.

Ryan gave a speech--did you see his hands? No. I swear he was playing pocket pool while reading the damn thing. I just hope can keep it going with him. He reminds me of so many guys I fired. Fired without a second thought. But, this isn't business--it's politics. I can't just make him go away with a check and a handshake while looking away.

My speech is tomorrow. I told the writer to leave out words that I don't pronounce well. Well see how it goes!
