I cut the ribbon at a champagne ceremony to open the "Mega Mart" shopping mall in St Helens last May.

The idea of renting out 70 shop areas to small businesses in a former warehouse at St Helens was the business plan of my nephew Colin Prescott.

Now my nephew, 23, could face legal action along with his former co-director who operated under the false name of "Edward Pickering."

Anyone any idea where he is… let me or the police know!
