Forget Glastonbury:

Cleethorpes' very own music festival was the only place to be seen at the weekend!

Thousands of music-lovers were treated to a fun-filled day of entertainment when CleeFest took over Meridian Park last Saturday.

Opened by Lord John Prescott, there was everything you would expect from a major music festival, including food stalls and a bar for refreshments.

Attractions for younger guests included a skateboard ramp, bouncy castle, inflatable obstacle course and rodeo bull.

Of course my opening the event was nothing to do with my being a candidate for the role of Police Crime Commissioner….
