Blow, another one joining Godfrey Bloom and taking me on for the role of the region's new police and crime commissioner says he is relishing the prospect!

Councillor Matthew Grove is so far the only Conservative to throw his hat into the ring for the £75,000-a-year post.

He said: "He has a record that speaks for itself but I am great believer in the wisdom of the electorate."
