HULL CITY council leader Steve Brady has delivered a scathing attack on moves to replace police authorities with directly elected commissioners.

I suppose he saying this because he knows I will probably be elected to the role and he will have to deal with me in negotiations between the police and the council.
And because I will get £75,000 for a part-time role!
