I have vowed to press on with a parliamentary vote on redrawing electoral boundaries after my Liberal Democrat allies said they'd oppose the plan in a dispute over constitutional reform.

It's also going to make the day-to-day management of the coalition much tougher.

But, being bloody-minded as I am, I will not let the little pipsqueak have too much power!
