Got up 7:30am and made breakfast for Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz and packed a lunch for myself because I gotta go for training with LA Galaxy. Babysitter turned up at 8:00am for the lads.

Posh is on tour with Spice Girls at moment so I just phoned her to tell her I love her. She says she is still shaken by BMW crash and that I should be more careful in future.

Must buy some vacuum bags today - lounge carpet looking unkempt.
