Romeo's a clever lad - he's already surfing the Internet and has got his own website. He showed me that ball I kicked in the Bird's nest was up for sale on ebay.

Pleased to say I've still got my Golden Balls though; they're hanging above the mantlepiece along with my Cycling Proficiency Certificate and my 100 England Caps. Oh and I almost forgot...... Victoria's gold discs.

Gonna treat Victoria and Romeo to some noodles tonight - they're low-calorie ones from North Korea so Posh should be delighted!

Just vacuuming carpet before tea.
