I see that Roy Hodgson has called up Premier League rookies Raheem Sterling, Jake ­Livermore and Adam Lallana to his England squad.

Give them a feel for it eh? Good idea.

Shame about the match, but at least they didn't lose it - thanks to Franks late penalty.

Now the job of boosting the team in readiness for the next qualifier.

Not an easy job.
