Boris Johnson - My Fake Diary

How did I manage to win and remain Mayor of London?
First and foremost, I steered clear of identifying myself too clearly with the tarnished Tory brand. I stood for tax cuts, a tough approach to crime, some concessions to the poor benighted motorist and a war on public sector waste. This is the kind of thing that goes down splendidly in true-blue boroughs like Bromley or Bexley. Unlike Cameron, I didn't waste my time on gesture politics like gay marriage, wind farms, and reforming the House of Lords!
Unlike Cameron, I never give the impression of being apologetic about my gilded upbringing (Eton, Oxford and the Bullingdon Club.)
All in all, I came across as authentic!
Copied this from the Daily Mail. He he he!
