Dear Diary, I just don't understand why people are turning against me. I thought everyone loved me. Just because I changed some of the promises I made before I was elected. That seems to me to be a tad pathetic. Voters must surely know that ALL politicians do that constantly.

What did they expect - a frigging miracle?

I could 'play the race card' but I won't stoop that low. Well NOT JUST YET!
