That idea of putting the U.S. Constitution on toilet paper throughout the White House was a really good idea.

It brings about real change. Now we have honesty regarding our Constitution. It's put where it actually belongs. Of course, my predecessors have been of that opinion as well, but they did not dare say so.

I am proud that I am the President to say it so directly.
