Fox News was surprised to learn that the President of the United States had been assassinated. They had the news on their very own Politics twitter - so it must be true!
But this news came from an anonymous source and specified that Obama had been shot in Iowa. When Obama was discovered alive and kicking in Washington it became clear that Fox had been hacked and sent false messages about Obama. Celebration parties were abruptly cancelled.
Apparently Fox News had been selected for this sensational news story by an anonymous source because it was just the place for a joke - it's news coverage being laughable.
