Washington, D.C - A local man, residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, has been accused of living in squalor by the city health department and given 30 days to clean up his residence or face condemnation proceedings.
The allegations come amid television reports showing a heavy rodent infestation at the man's place of residence. Barrack Obama, who calls himself "Commander in Chief" and "The President", has been ordered to remove an unauthorized vegetable garden, clean up a children's play area and do other improvements to make his home habitable or face heavy fines.
Mr. Obama has stated that he will fight the order, saying it is both "arbitrary and capricious. You go up to Capitol Hill, or over to the Supreme Court and see all sorts of trash! Why they're picking on me? I don't know."
City officials deny they have targeted Mr. Obama because he is African-American. "Heck! We deal with white trash all the time." said Otis Campbel, chief enforcement officer with the District of Columbia Department of Health. "Black. White. It don't make no difference. Trash is trash!".
A judge has issued an injunction on the matter and slated a hearing for the middle of next month.
