In cities around the world, particularly in South Korea where G20 meetings are currently taking place, there have been protests about the meetings.
A spokesman for Folk Against the G20 (FAG), Mr Jeremy Furtive, explained his organisation's position. "You see, the twenty most powerful countries in the world are meeting up. It used to be the G8, the eight most powerful, but now it is the twenty most powerful. And we object to that because we think they shouldn't meet up at all. They shouldn't communicate in any way. It's evil for them to even have a meeting."
"Yes, the world would be much better off if the world's major powers did not talk to each other. Then they might really think about the issues that concern us all - like tonsillitis, or whatever."
