Austria - Dick Cheney is in Austria for a very special operation to replace his heart with a new man-made pump called the VRSEX4U.
Cheney has complained in recent days to friend and confidant Sarah Palin about his inability to have relations with his wife. Mrs Cheney has been on record to say that she is actually quite happy with Dick's present condition and was disappointed in his trip to get the transplant.
The new device is actually placed in a potato, leading some to nickname the device the Spudnik, since it was developed by a Russian Scientist. Cheney claims to have no issues with the device's inventor being from Russia saying, "Hell if I could invent a vagina shaped heart like this I would too."
Sarah Palin has tried to reassure Mrs Cheney that her new Dick will be just fine, "In fact he'll be more than fine. He'll be a much stronger Dick."
