A popular spoof writer for the website TheSpoof.com has been admitted to a psychiatric institution after suffering from wild delusions and visions of little troll-like creatures.
The successful writer was found screaming and running naked around her garden by concerned neighbours.
"She's lost it. She was claiming there were these little creatures lurking in the shadows waiting to pounce on her. She's gone a bit barmy since a sexy new writer entered town a few weeks back", said one neigbour.
The writer apparently shit their pants. Witnesses said it was an 'ass-mess'.
The un-named writer was strapped in a straight jacket and tossed into a van ready to be dumped off at the local loony bin. Several sycophantic writers accompanied her on tandems provided by site owner Mark Lowton - who also runs the local madhouse and a chain of strip joints that cater to 'donkey-lovers'.
The writer was last seen banging his/her head against the padded cell walls and crying out for a typewriter so that they could put their experiences into words. Apparently they were concerned that the trolls would return if she didn't write at least a half a dozen stories per day!
