Ever the smug bastard following his widely publicised St Patrick's day photo op at the White House with President O'Bama Cowen got the shock of his life this week when the Royal Hibernation Academy mysteriously began exhibiting a portrait of him starkers, clutching only some underpants to hide his puny manhood.
A second picture appeared in the Irish National Gallery showing the fetid politician 'crapping all over the Piss Process' and dumping over an IRA decommissioned arms dump.
A spokesman at London's Irish High Commission said today:
