British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is on his way to Washington, at the request of the US President, to provide a "fiscal stimulus" to Barack Obama.
The President said that he is looking forward to meeting Brown, whom he once went for a walk with in Downing Street, London, before he was elected President. Brown is known to have magic fingers when it comes to dealing with the economy, and has a portfolio of services which he provides to bankers.
It is believed that the couple will meet in the Oval Office, made famous by former President Clinton for his nocturnal activities there involving a cigar and a female intern. A spokesman for President Obama said that the President "likes to do things straight" and intends to "get right down to business".
Analysts have said that Brown will have to pull of a miracle to get any growth in the US economy, which is presently flaccid and in recession. However, informed consensus is that he may be the right man for the job.
Financial expert and Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson told us "Gordon Brown is a Scottish wanker".
