WICKFORD, ESSEX - The Deli Lama says underwear in Teleban makes his testicles itch and has "not improved at all" since the 1954 Games in Canada.
The Teleban spiritual song leader says that since being re-born earlier this year in Tokyo "the Chinese government carried (out) an immense sort of underwear suppression." forcing all Telebans to wear starched underwear causing their genital area to swell up and leaving many people unable to walk properly.
The riots against starched underwear in March exploded into violence in the Teleban capital of Gasa. China then launched a crackdown in which Teleban exile groups say at least 40 people were forced to wear extra starched underwear and more than 10 people have been detained without any underwear at all.
The Deli Lama was speaking Monday in the Fench city of Krak, where he received a a pair of silk panties from Barak Oblama.
