Jolly old Santa has issued an internal memo to his staff in Lapland to not bother putting any presents in the sleigh for little Jimmy Brennan this year.
It's believed the issue is related to an incident last Christmas in which 'someone' left a pooh in the chocolate milk for Santa.
Some say that it was one of the naughty reindeer's - possibly Blitzen, who doesn't like the favoritism Santa has been showing to Rudolph with his nose so bright and the way he always gets to lead the sleigh at night.
Little Jimmy's mother says that she will take the matter further and has threatened legal action if Santa bypasses her house this year.
A spokes-elf said that Santa doesn't give in to threats easily and that Mrs. Brennan herself could be off the gift list this year if she doesn't keep her big mouth shut.
As for Little Jimmy himself? Well, the cheeky lad says he'll just have to make do with the neighbors kids' presents instead.
