GENEVA - The anonymous committee ruling the World Trade Organization Sunday announced it was taking steps to improve the taste and uptake of fruit.
Citing the global economic troubles, the committee decided it was time all fruits were made to taste better. People hate a sour grape.
The WTO has directed that no fruit will cross any international border until it has been injected with 100 mg aspartame in solution.
They believe that since the taste shall be enhanced, this will increase sales of fruit, and all related items.
"Also, aspartame is so good for you," said a spokesperson, "we expect everyone to live longer, happier, healthier lives."
