The Government of the African nation of Uganda has banned the wearing in public of the miniskirt by women (men are still permitted to wear them, but that is another story). They claim that this was done to prevent traffic accidents, both car and ox cart, due to men and lesbians being drawn to look at and ogle pedestrians.
From his office in the United Nations headquarters in New York City, Ugandan U.N. Minister Umbabaloo BopBopALooBopALopBamBoom said that "it was time to see this article of Decadent Western influence go away. We are pleased and happy to return to the traditional dress and values that made our country, our people, and our culture great."
National Georgraphic magazine was also pleased at the announcement. Public Relations spokesman Dirk Bender said that "we hope that this will once again make us the magazine of choice in high school and junior high school libraries around the country."
"Every man in America grew up learning about female anatomy and world cultures by looking at pictures of naked African and South American tribeswomen. We are proud that Uganda has made this choice to once again support the education of the American male."
To celebrate the announcement, National Geographic will present a retrospective of the best and most popular African tribal pictures on their website. The keyword will be: bigblackboobies.
