Barack Obama in an apparent move to level the political "playground" has filed a complaint with the Department of Justice accusing rival, John McCain, of bullying him unfairly.
The Department of Justice has so far not commented on the complaint, but insiders have reported snickering in the hall.
Last month Obama sought to have a political commercial suppressed by the Department of Justice.
Experts have voiced their fear that Obama may cry wolf one time too many and not be taken seriously in a crisis.
Obama's wife, Michelle, has spoken out in favor of her husband's decision to report McCain's bullying to the authorities. She said, "Enough is enough! You know, my babymaker could be shot going to the gas station. He could have an asthma attack and be given a breathalizer just because he's black. I won't stand for John McCain bullying my husband! America is a downright mean country."
