A German farmer who lost his penis in a accident, has become the first man ever to receive a double penis implant.
The farmer lost his original penis, when his wife discovered that he had engaged in bestiality with sheep and goats and mutilated him. The rationale for the double penis implant was, one for his wife and the other for his farm animals.
The operation was successful and many other farmers are really to be fitted for the implants themselves. One farmer was quoted as saying: "We really need this, for many centuries farmers around the world needed this."
Condom companies will also be testing a new two headed condom for use on farms and in remote villages in China where it is common for some men to grow a second penis to be used as chopsticks.
