"Please, sir, I want some more!"

Lord Mucker and his companion Peter Hold'em claimed last week that their 'natural farming systems' could feed the world given half a chance.

"The trouble with modern food production systems is that they are simply too efficient for their own good," said the gruesome twosome when asked about their theories on biodynamic agriculture. "If only people would realise that if we all ate organic lentils, soyamilk and wheat we would all be better off.

"This would mean we could reduce food waste and the threat that comes from the pesticides in our groundwater some of which reach as much as 0.1 milligrams of pesticides per million litres of groundwater.

"Think about it, less food would mean less wastage and then less people would mean that we could help feed those of us left on the Earth."

Meanwhile Lord Mucker continued to defend The Soiled Association's recommendation to use Copper for various problems including Aids, Potato blight and other soil conditions saying that while it is a proven soil sterilant that's no reason not to use it!

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
