Yesterday saw what could possibly be the first day with no news, so what happened?
Yesterday, news channels around the world went blank when news presenters simply ceased having anything to say and were forced to interact due the slowest news day ever. Teams of news researchers were unable to find anything worthy of reporting, panic ensued. One Spanish news channel 'OLG NEWS' even reported the fact that there was no news.
There was momentary hour of chaos were it looked like there was a story unraveling and something to report were a van in Germany was driving iraticly. This however turned out to be German news channel 'REICH NEWS' trying to create news to report by sending there satellite link up van with the instruction not to return without creating news. This however went unreported as the driver was arrested and explained what had happened, the police decided that 'REICH NEWS' should not report the incident as part of their punishment.
It wasn't all bad though, British news channel 'NEWS 24' finally had a chance to use there no news emergency film of kittens playing that was said to have hypnotic qualities. Also the BBC were overwhelmed by e-mails and phone calls congratulating them on the best day of news yet when the presenters were forced to entertain viewers with there party tricks and even a half hour stand-up routine that one of the presenters had be performing in London comedy clubs as a sideline.
