The much vaunted 'moving' skyscraper scheduled to be built in Dubai by 2010 has announced it will move to the popular Spanish resort of Benidorm.
'This is not about football' said the 420 metre erection. 'I like Italian architects as much as the next wind-powered building but I just feel Spain is a better option right now. They have the sand and the heat of Dubai but I can point to a picture on a menu instead of eating that local rubbish. Plus they have a better national football team.' said the 79 storey wind-powered structure
Italian Architect David Fisher was unconcerned about the decision saying 'We designed the building to move and it did. What is the problem?'
