Senator John McCain announced today that he would take a new Diplomatic Initiative should he be elected President in November.
Speaking from the Home Depot Garden as President Bush listened at the White House McCain explained his strategy:
"I will meet with Both the Kaiser and the Czar in my first 100 days.
"Prussia Russia and France must be on the same Page to ensure Peace.
"The Austro Hungarian Empire is the Cornerstone of Civilization in Europe and ---
At this point McCain was ushered off by his Staff to the Reagan De Briefing room.
President Bush had this to add "You see uhh - John McCain is -- he's got his hand on the Nukulus of the Problem and uhhh..."
