The atmosphere on Mars consists of 95% carbon dioxide, compared to the 0.038% carbon dioxide in Earth's atmosphere, but the planet is much colder than Earth. However, like most of the other planets in the solar system, Mars has seen a bout of recent warming that some say is actually caused by the recent heating up of the sun.
But this doesn't stop the Great Red Tentacle himself (leader of Mars) from telling his 'suboids' to stop driving around in heavy gas guzzling four leg drive tripod walkers. He has already started to increase the tax on the 95% carbon dioxide that is already in the Martian atmosphere.
"We all know that CO2 has absolutely nothing to do with the warming on Earth or here on Mars,' he told us. "But, if the politicians, dooms day scaremongers and junk science pushing hippies on Earth can convince everyone that they need to pay more tax for spewing the life giving gas that their plants breath and then turn into oxygen and food, then we can do the same here. After all, the people deserve to be conned if they all are so gullible."
