John C. Jackson of Dallas, Texas, posted his soul for sale on eBay today. The opening bid was listed at $150,000.

Mr. Jackson stated that the money from the winning bid would go to the American Christain Children's society charity. Already there has been one bidder, Lou C. Ferr of Peru. When asked what he would do with Mr. Jackson's soul should he win the auction, Mr. Ferr stated "Banish it to an entire life of death, cruel, and flames, then use it to invoke the apocalypse."

Aside from the fact that this statement is gramtically incorrect, it has many people worried.

President George W Bush of the United States stated "Invoking the apocalypse without weapons of mass destruction is impossible, therefore the nation of Peru must have nucular (sic) weapons."

President Bush then proceeded to announce that should Ferr win the auction, he would immediately invade Peru to search for such weapons that could invoke the apocalypse. When asked how he responds to allegations of possessing weapons, Mr. Ferr responded "I'm not afraid of some dumb old Texan who can't even pronounce nuclear. Besides, I'll just buy his soul, too."

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
