Personal Injury Lawyer Phil Mepoketz, has filed a negligence claim against himself after suffering a paper-cut whilst filling in a lottery slip at work.
"No risk assessment was carried out by my employer" said the self-employed litigation lowlife. He explained that he had been required to complete the lottery form during working hours as he had been running late for work and hadn't called in to his usual lottery retailer.
The injury made it difficult for him to count the boat load of cash swilling about in his office and he has missed several golfing appointments.
"I will be representing my client on a No-Win-No-Care basis and look upon this as a fight for justice between an everyday worker and an overbearing, self-serving slime ball of an employer".
