The Ubiquitous unknown Man appearing in 1997 of The Spoof's 2025 gallery photos, has been used in an article at last.
The photos - in some of which the man can be seen drinking a pint of beer or giving a thumbs up - have previously never been selected for any of the Spoof's previous 6 million articles, most writers preferring instead to utilise a close-up shot of a fly and then squeeze in a story around that.
It is not known who the man may be, or even if he is aware of his highly visible presence on The Spoof website, as the photographs came from an additional set of prints given to The Spoof editors when they collected their holiday photos from Supasnaps.
The editors had initially tried to return the prints but were advised by the Assistant Manager of the store, who would only give her name as 'Mandy', that 'Shaz had dealt with that and she was off on the sick.'
