Scotland - (Ass Mess): Saudi Arabia's former ambassador to the USA Prince Bandar is said to be apoplectic with rage as the House of Lords granted the Lockerbie bomber, Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi, a second appeal to his 27 year sentence.
The former Libyan spook has always claimed he was framed by the CIA on orders from Ronald reagan's Vice President George Herbert Bush - as a personal favor to his buddy Prince Bandar.
Bandar's current PR team is in overdrive after reports that three successive UK Prime Monsters colluded to pay him £1.2 billion of UK taxpayers' money as a bribe to secure the £40 billion Al-Yammamah oil-for-arms-and-peergaes scam.
But now Libyan spooks are closing ranks over their former colleague and say that Bandar framed them for a lot of other atrocities while riding high on the crest of a wave secured by nearly thirty years of Reagan/Bush 1/Bush 2 patronage.
"You can bet if Bandar got £1.2 billion from the British Ministry of Defence via BAE slush funds then George W Bush and Dick Cheney also had their snouts in the trough," informed sources in Tripoli commented today.
