Tel Aviv - (ReUterus): An internationally renowned El Salvador bondage and fetish cult has protested to its Foreign Ministry that the recently appointed Israeli ambassador Tzuriel Refael is an embarrassment to the Diplomatic Corpse after the envoy was found drunk, naked, trussed up in cheap-looking manacles and with a rubber ball stuffed in his mouth.
The official complaint says Refael fell well short of expected international standards of perversion and needs to re-train in etiquette to at least UN Security Council standards before he is ever allowed again into the country.
El Salvador has been Refael's first post as ambassador following promotion from a relatively minor technical position in Tel Aviv dealing with communications from Karl Rove's department in the White House.
Refael's spokesman said the envoy was unable to comment on what happened in the Israeli embassy compound that led to his recent disgrace because of a foreign object blocking his throat. "It might be something the Cuban Charge d'Affairs lodged during a talent contest the two were participating in before unseemly behavior floored him in the middle of dancing a light fandango."
Promises rehab has confirmed it is holding a reservation.
