Vatican City - (Rotters): Pope Ratzinger and UK Chancellor/wannabe Prime Monster Gordon Brown have launched a £750 million fund to vaccinate billions of children against homosexuality according to a Vatican statement issued today.
The money is believed to have been found in a brown jiffybag outside Baghdad airport following a USAF emergency airdrop of some $12 billion as part of President Bush's earthquake relief effort for the region.
Joining Brown at the Vatican Bank HQ was Paul Wolfowitz from the International Bank for Deconstruction and Embezzlement and Queen Rania of Jordan, who is a junior but up-and-coming fledgeling fraudster partner representing the moderate face of corruption in the Middle East.
The £750 million fund will pay for WHO compulsory child immunization programmes after successful initial testing on Colorado Springs' former Pastor Ted Haggard who, as everybody knows, was completely cured of his gayness just three weeks after the first shot.
Not much is certain about the vaccine's key constituents but it clearly is a miracle cure which some say could contain holy water passed by the Pontiff during a pilgrimage to Lourdes last year.
The programme starts in April this year.
